"I am 36 inch waist, this belt is advertised as 39 inches long, but that is from tip to tip, so it didn't fit, so I sent it back....grrrr HULK mad!!!!!
Although if I were slimmer like , say the Silver Surfer, who does have the occasional back problem, it would be a good quality belt."

"This belt is only 4 inches at the widest point and is very narrow at the front, this is actually potentially dangerous and a good belt will be 6 inches and wide all the way around. Additionally it did not fit my waist and i'm 37 inches, i do not recommend the belt instead you should buy a quality one."
