"Nice looking machine, although a bit plasticy in parts, and disappointing that it comes without a milk jug. A bit noisy when making the coffee, but simple enough to use and does make a very good cup of coffee."

"before i bought this maker i read all the other reviews. i was slightly concerned about the comments made about it being loud and vibrating so much the cups fell off the warmer. so i took a gamble. it looked good on paper. when my machine arrived i plugged it in and got going. okay, there is a little noise but only in a cappuchinno kinda way. it didn't vibrate and, after a little practice, found that it made great coffee. i use it four/five times a day every day and can only state that its brilliant. it might be expensive but it is a solid piece a kit and every bit as good as the professional ones. i think that the whole world should have one of these."
