"I have been using this bracket for nearly a week now, although only for chinups, and it is a very sturdy piece of equipment. The rawlplugs provided, are actually quite adequate as long as you have a good solid wall. A good product."

"The product is excellent as a punch bag bracket but is advertised as a chinning bar also. It is near impossible to perform decent chinups with the punch bag in place which means lifting the heavy bag on and off every time you want to do chin ups."

"very easy to assemble. I fitted bracket to wall using rawl bolts purchased seperately. Fixings provided with kit didnt seem robust enough. Once fitted, I found it a good piece of kit to use"
