Good Overall Workout 15 September 2009
By Woody from Birmingham
Overall Rating 4 StarsGood

"This is good for anyone who wants a simple piece of equipment that takes up very little space, the workout is enough to get your body toned, but not too muscular. The brackets are a bit thick so ensure you have a big enough gap to fit them at the top and the bottom of the door, you also need a door with enough space to the left and right and infront of the door to exercise. You have to move the brackets to work out other muscles, but at least you do not have to have a ballroom to house a much larger machine, you get what you pay for, as simple no frills machine, highly reccomended."

"Seems to offer a good range of exercises
The amount of resistance offered seems more suited for females or light toning up
Not keen on the fact that you have to re-fit the door brackets for upper / lower body exercises - should be fit once and leave in place
Not used for long enough to see results, but plenty of repetitions seems to make muscles feel like they have done some work
Need to make sure the door and frame have a large enough gap for the brackets to fit (quite thick plastic)
Cheap enough not to worry if it ends up in the garage / car boot sale box"
