"Covered an area of 16m square with these tiles. Fantastic finsh (wood effect), hard wearing and allow pain free ground work (press-ups, sits-ups etc). I have 44kg dumbells sitting on the foam, which make an indentation, however following 24 hours the matt reforms its shape (memory foam). Just be careful of "piercing" the foam; legs of benches can do some damage so make sure your equipment suits the matts (rounded edges etc)."
