Good point:
1. It is a water filtration system, allergy sufferers may benefit
2. cleans carpet well with heating system.
3. Good suction
Bad points
1. Heavy
2. As it is water filtration system, you need to empty the water every after use and fill it with clean water before use. It is not for daily use, Lot of hassle.
If buying to clean carpet occassionally then this is the product but if you want for daily use then this is not the product for you. For me personnally I will go back to my old Family VAX all in one."
