"We moved our 2 1/2 year old from his cot bed into a standard single bed and thought his hero Thomas on the bed would coax him into settling with the change easier. Lovely bright colourful bedding(which you can turn over to show lots of Thomas faces on pale blue background) and we are now struggling to get our son OUT of the bed not into it. (I thought we had to wait until he was a teenager for that)."
