"This product has an elastic on both ends to secure onto the mattress. which is something that I prefer rather than fitted like a fitted sheet over the top so that I can add a thin duvet underneath for that extra soft comfy feeling.
Its not very thick if you wanted a thick topper but I had wanted to use it over the futon bed to shield from the buttons on the futon so it does its job if you also add another layer under the topper."

"Has helped soften my hard mattress a little, but it is not a mattress topper as the higher value and desitity range. You get what you pay for! If you want it to completely fit double mattress then maybe order king size....."
