"I bought this to avoid high prices at gym. Wanted a sturdy kit that would take the weight of myself and my two adult brothers. The bench caters excellent for our varying heights, strengths, abilities and weight differences.It folds excellently and steady. My only concern is it might need extra securing to wall in fold up mode. We use ours in the garage and its being used twice daily. Took 2 hrs to put together but was really straight forward. A very nice buy!!"

"Overall I’m very happy with this purchase. I am a beginner so still learning how to use it effectively.
Plus Points. All parts present and correct. Solid Construction after an hour construction.
Negative Points: Unless you have lots of heavy weights you will be swapping them a lot.
I’m going use this every other day. I will rewrite this review in a year’s time when I’m as big as Arnold in Conan lol."

"Briefly, in pros and cons:
+ well made, good assembly,
+ easy to assemble,
+ decent looks,
+ lightweight,
+ good value for money,
- not too stable and compact in folded (upright) position,
- bench cannot be inclined at a negative angle,
- no barbell locking brackets (against toppling),
- not very practical in a smaller room."

"I bought this product for my son and we have placed it in the small spare bedroom. Fits very well with room to manoeuvre (even with a wardrobe and shelves still in place!) He is enjoying using the bench and weights plus with the instructions and pictures on the various exercises that he can do, he is getting a very good all over body workout. We are very pleased with this purchase."
