"very good only find one fault with equipment when you are using the V fit the feet on base of trimmer kepp slipping and no amount of tightening makes any difference but apart from that find the machine very good."

"Pretty cool to assemble, loks great..But the annoying part is that the pulley keeps removing from the bolt, so i had to return it and get a different type..."

"This is just excellent.

Very simple to piece together, but if you can't figure it out, there are instructions included.

The counter is excellent. Sure, almost anyone can count. But it's much more satisfying to get lost in the moment, look up and realise you've done 200 crunches, rather than sporadically fumbling towards 100.

Other people maybe able to find fault with this product, but I honestly cant. Good quality, very good neck support, reasonable price and the counter just makes it for me.

Like someone has pointed out before.....you have to put the effort in to get the results out!!! You can't just buy it and expect a six pack straight away. Eat healthy, excercise and use this to tone your tummy....sorted."
