"I bought these weights for my 16 year old son who wanted to tone this arms and chest. Hes really happy and works out without being reminded!! Easy to hold. Paperwork included helps him work out a programme. I'm even using the lighter weights to help with the old 'bat wings'. I would recommend these to others. Great buy!"

"As a young mom, i found this to be a great product arm muscules am coming on now, would recomend buying a chin up bar also with this 2 inprove your strenth in your arms will recomend :)"

"These are just perfect, The lower weights are suitable for women and the larger weights are suitable for men. They are comfortable to hold and are just great to work out with."
