"I bought these weights for my 16 year old son who wanted to tone this arms and chest. Hes really happy and works out without being reminded!! Easy to hold. Paperwork included helps him work out a programme. I'm even using the lighter weights to help with the old 'bat wings'. I would recommend these to others. Great buy!"
