"This was a bit of an impulse purchase but i'm so glad i bought it, it was so easy to put together and the leaflet with suggestions for exercises mean that I can make the time i spend bouncing around on it quite productive! Would recommend it to anyone."

"This is perfect for a cardio work out. I use mine for jogging whilst watching the music channels on TV. The springs in it minimise the stress that you would feel on your hips, knees & ankles if you were running on the street or even on a tread mill. It's great value for money & can be stored away very easily because the legs can be unscrewed. It means that you can exercise even when the weather is miserable & not have worry about dragging yourself out to the gym. It comes complete with a sheet of possible exercises but you can push your heart rate right up just by jogging on it. Would definitely recommend this. Wish I'd bought one years ago!"

Negatives: the only comment I can come up with is it is a bit noisy (but what do you expect when a fairy elephant is jumping up and down on it!!)"
