"Not a heavy duty bit of kit with its plastic safety collars and lightweight bar, but, it does the job.
I already had some heavier vinyl weights to add, but as a start up set it works and gives your arms a workout."

"Great value EZ bar set. EZ bar is not solid like others but can hold up to 50kg so that is plenty and you receive extra weights which come in handy when supplementing your other sets. Other EZ bars were more expensive and without weights.

"Nothing to this, follow steps included in the box and you'll be a budding Adonis in no time. Have now progressed onto heavier weights, don't exceed yourself and wear a back support as well !!!"

"The bar is fine for the price, but the weights are okay but as they are vinyl and sand filled they make a lot of noise while working out. I have a set of cast iron weighs too and they are much better. Also the spin locks are plastic.

Overall: okay"
