"The dumbells are stylish and easy to use, although the grip is a little harsh on soft hands and gloves might be a good idea. Changing the weights is fairly straightforward, as long as you balance the weights before tightening the ends. A good range of weights for the beginner and the instruction chart is very good, with useful advice and information, as well as diagrams, for correct stance and posture."
