"I purchased these when they were first available and thought i could give them a go. after a couple of weeks not only my muscle mass increased but my confidence was through the roof.

"Although these dumbbells are pretty good, the ones i received were different to the ones displayed. The handle was plastic and so were the spinlock catches at the ends. Despite being made of plastic they still feel pretty strong and durable though."

"Well this set of dumbells is pretty good, the price is quite alot for the size and amount of disc sets that come with it but its pretty ok compared to other stores,i beieve this dumbell is pretty good for a good pace workout."
