"Needs some sort of staining/weather proofing if you want it to last. A little fiddly to put together and the sun cover collects water!! That said it is a lovely size, all 3 children fit in and the little seats are great. Looks great in the garden."

"So pleased with this sandpit just the right size for my two grandaughters 3 years and 1 year ,they play in it happily all afternoon. Very sturdily made and easy to assemble. Canopy very useful on hot days."

"this was very complex to put together and took a couple of hours, but when finished the children really enjoyed being able to climb in, the only real draw back was no cover for when not in use, all the rest was included and fitted ok"

"We read previous reviews before we purchased this lovley sandboat! So we treated the timber before we built it. It was very easy to put together. Then when we fixed the canopy we drilled two holes either side at the top of teh structure and insert two bowed bamboo garden rods so that the canopy was arched and water does not collect in it. We also bought some heavy duty plastic and made a "boat cover" with snappers along the boat and cover so that keeps the rain off and CATS too ! This sandbox is now perfect."
