"Bought a wooden gate about 3 years ago (same brand and style) however the fixings on this one are not half as good. Infact we have had to put a screw into the bottom hook as it broke whilst fitting.
I wish i'd have taken it back"

"Bought this a few weeks ago. It is fairly easy to install. Im not very good with a drill, but gave it a go. The drill hole guides make it easy. The gate is very smart and looks a lot more expensive than it was. It is easy to work, but my 11mth old son should not be able to open it for some years..I like the fact that it doesnt have a step over bar and fits our non standard door. An excellent purchase. I will probably buy more for other parts of our house!"

"We had to drill a hole in the wood to make it fit our gap at the bottom of the stairs whereas the previous style, which used to be in the same place, fitted without extra fiddling. We like the wood though and it works ok."
