"The seat was great and our son was very comfortable in it, but the pad behind the clasp pulled off every time we put him into or took him out of the seat, and the two strap clips do not have any way to hold them together when trying to plug them into the clasp which made it difficult to manipulate the 2 clips and the clasp with a wriggling small boy. We have subsequently exchanged it for a different model that addresses these issues."
