"Bought this for general cleaning, takes approx 10-12 min to heat up but lasts for at least 50 mins. Would recommend but i do think its overpriced."

"As I had rough textured kitchen floor tiles with ground in grease stains I bought the Vax Steam Cleaner. It was an excellent product and I was amazed just how much dirt and grease was removed. Only advise I have is to let the steam do the hard work as the handles are a little flimsy but it is not necessary to exert any pressure on them to get great results. Overall a satisfied customer."

"This steam cleaner has proved to be very effective at cleaning all kitchen surfaces, tiles cooker, tops and flor and has been equally good wtih hard surfaces in the bathroom. Haven't tried it on carpets yet. As per previous reviews, the tools are a bit 'soft' and won't take much pressure before they break. Best results were with the large brush fitted straight into the handle and to let the steam pressure do the work . Excellent cleaner but don't know how robust the tools will be long term."
