"A poorly designed vacuum cleaner that is unsafe to use on stairs, it is difficult to manoeuvre, overheats, and then cuts out. After a short period of use, the filter clogs, and the machine loses suction, what point is a HEPA filter if you have to clean the central filter frequently with a brush, an unpleasant task? Despite the description on the box, in the catalogue and a mention in the instruction booklet, there is no onboard storage; only the hose clicks onto the cleaner. Clearly, the floor tool is made for another machine; it does not fit into the slot on the vacuum cleaner, this makes it very difficult to move from one area to another and involves two journeys. I will never buy another Vax."
