"Too Expensive and you need to use a considerable amount to meet manufacturers recommendation. Only had the machine a couple of weeks and I've used the two bottles which given the cost is rediculous.
Could just be throwing water into the machine for the difference that it made."

"I am happy with my paurchase of the vax carpet shampoo. It leaves a lovely fresh smell after use it did help remove most of the markes on my carpetbut did leave one stubbon stain."
