"Good appearance, good heat, easy to operate, very please and looks good on a flat wall. I bricked up the chimney and then got a Gas Safe guy to connect up etc. Bargain !"

"Nearly a month after purchase and despite paying for a registered installer this fire is still not working! A leak in a valve means a replacement part and this firm " FOCALPOINT" faff around so much it just isn't true. First the part has to be ordered, 5-7 days, then I have to contact them once I have received the part then they will arrange for one of their engineers to come out to fit it, then providing it works I have to contact my installer to get the fire commissioned"
