"sorry to say I received what I paid for. Should have gone for a dearer item. The settings are very sensitive and the hold down lever has to be held down for a while for it to hold."

"I've never had any trouble reserving or picking up anything from Argos, of course the stores themselves are always a little chaotic but that's the nature of the beast. The toaster was a mid range price and works well."
