"The steamer is easy to use with a comprhensive cooking guide. I found that most timings to be a little over the top and reduced them by about 20%. veg is good flavour with no salt. you can also cook par boiled veg straight from the freezer. Less pans on the hob and minimal washing up. Very impressed."

I had the previous model which I used daily for about 6 years until it finally conked out. The only niggles I had with the previous model was that it was difficult to top up with more water without it spilling, and that the trays didn't clip into place. Both of these niggles have been addressed with this latest model!

I cook all sorts in the steamer - best of all is rice as I always seem to get it wrong when cooking it in a pan! It's been very handy for steaming fruits and vegetables for weaning my son as they retain more taste and goodness.

The baskets do stack into each other so this can happily live in a cupboard, but looks nice enough to be on display which is where I keep mine.

The drip tray is really handy to add to gravies or use as stock

Perfect kitchen utility for me!"

"i find the different size baskets a bit frustrating when trying to do the cooking (as you have to have the smaller one on the bottom for the fit and I dont necessarily use all the baskets at the same time - but understand that to have the folddown ability the baskets have to be different sizes) Apart from that im very pleased with steamer. Was used to digital timer with previous steamer, this one is a wind up one, but seems to be ok. Love the way its folds away compact on the surface top. Yes i would recemmend this steamer."
