"The kettle is nice the glow of blue isn't in your face, you kinda forget about it after a while, the red just glows while boiling.
This ketttle is noiser than our old one.....but not majorly noisey! Boils very quickly too."

"The old kettle blew-up forcing the purchase of a replacement. Looking around the site we came across this one and having read some of the other reviews purchased one. At the end of the day it's a Grey/Silver plastic kettle jug, it is reasonably quiet in operation and boils water. The lid is a bit flimsy and I'm guessing it could be a problem if used by a heavy handed individual and their is a tendency for boiling water to leak from the lid if trying to pour the contents quickly."

"not only does this kettle look great in my kitchen but it boils really quickly (unlike my old one which took ages) so its great if, like myself you have a young baby. Would recommend this to anyone!!!"
