"Worked well fro a couple of months the the screw which holds the tools into the motor came out. Special tool needed to fix it. Rang customer services and told that the company had gone into liquidation. Took it back to Argos for refund. They were very helpful and refunded immediately."

"looks nice but i have had it replaced once allready,found it didnt mix properley.found the replacement was no better.i have to keep getting a spatula in to get the 15mm of mixture round the bowl off to put back into the base.if i had known what it was like to use i would not have bothered with it"

"I was desperate to have a food mixer, I had looked at all the flash ones that I could not afford. Then one day on a visit to Argos for something else I saw this Rachel Allen mixer on offer and just thought it to be a great bargain. I love it, I have used it loads. I suffer a bit with my hands when cake making etc so this has been a real help. It is multi functional so easy to use and clean and store and not too heavy for me to move about. I like the little suckers on the bottom which stop it moving around on my worktop. I just love it."
