"Really find this hairdryer easy to use. Don't accidently turn off as on/off switch out of the way. Cold facility brilliant, don't need to keep holding button down as I did on my old hair dryer. Easy to use with simple adjustments. Nozzle doesn't keep falling off for me. Would definitely recommend."

"I dreaded washing my long, frizzy hair, simply because of the effort it took to dry but then my old hair dryer gave up so I purchased this model. Its so light I barely notice the length of time I have to hold it up and the variety of power and heat combinations gives much more control as well. The cool button is especially good as on my old model you had to keep your finger on it but this one just press once and cool air as long as you like. I've had no problem with the nozzle falling off when cool as reported by other reviewers. Glad my old one broke!"

"looks very stylish but hairdryer is too long and heavy, but i could put up with that if the concentrator nozzle hadn't kept falling off. have returned item, would not recommend"
