"tHIS WORKS WELL IF YOU ARE SITTING ON IT.yOU CAN FEEL THE HEAT THEN.IF ITS ON YOUR TUMMY OR BACK THERE IS NOT A GREAT DEAL OF HEAT.SEEMS THE HEAT ONLY BECOMES APPARENT WHEN YOUR WEIGHT IS ON IT"
