"I brought the straightner based on the fact that its price would reflect its quality. However this was not the case. Firstly it takes ages to straighten hair despite its temp reaching to 230degrees, it took me roughly and hour and even then i still had slight waves. This could be due to the fact that plates of the straightner do not fully clasp. Also the effects of the straightner do not last, by the end of the day my hair is fluffy and wavy agen."

"The Product is really great, very light and easy to hold and curled your hair really well without putting too much pressure on. What i found is that the hot plates does not come together and lies flat like all the other straighteners but the product still do a super job."
