"Fantastic product and great service from Argos Direct. The ipod was working fine but then the battery wouldn't accept a charge. Contacted Argos and they gave me the option of having it collected or I could take it into a local store for an exchange. The exchange was simple, straightforward and dealt with really professionally. Well Done Argos!!"
