"I was impressed by the speed of the whole process. I ordered the Free Sat box and Installation as a packet on the Tuesday on Thursday the box was delivered at the same time the Installation Co phoned and arranged installation on Monday. Unfortunately the weather was to inclement onthe Monday and a new date for Wednesday was arranged. The men arrived at just before one and by two o-clock the whole package was up and runnng. The men gave me a demonstration on how to operate plus leaving me a written step by step guide. I am very satisfied with the product and installation plus reception is first class and very simple to operate"
