"I previously had a BT 1100 which I was happy with. It needed replacing after 3 years. I got this phone because I expected the same quality. I am returning it because the sound quality is very poor even on full volumn. There is a 'echo' back on it when you speak into the mouth piece very annoying. Reconnected my old phone for now the sound is excellent on that. I would not recommend this phone."

"i bought these phones to go with bt studio phones i already have, they were easy to register to the master answerphone base which i already have, the original handset stopped working after about 2 years so these phones were ideal to replace the other."

"This was returned as it did not work properly. It was impossible to assign a tone to a specific number (which was one of its features and the reason we bought it). Also it only had 5 ring tones instead of the advertised 10."
