"Simple but great, bought for my daughter to do her homework in her room! The draws aren't as deep as they look though (about half the depth), they work really well though and don't get stuck and the book shelf is a great advantage. It's sturdy and looks good, great for older child. Be warned, the instructions for building the thing don't tally with some of the pieces you get or how they go together (mostly little wooden peg things and screws etc), but if you take it slowly and study it, it works out just fine. Does the job and great value for money."

"This desk was bought in the sale. We followed the instructions to the letter but when putting the top onto the base one of the wooden grommets came through leaving a lovely hole in the desk top! It seems sturdy enough but we don’t expect it to last forever… Just glad we didn’t pay the full price!"
