"Sometimes, you get what you pay for in life & that is certainly the case with this shredder. I've spent more time with it switched off trying to unblock paper jams than actually with it on & doing what it's supposed to do....shredding! The shredder can't cope with more than 2 sheets of paper at a time, often overheats & then you have to wait 15-20 minutes before you can use it again. I'm taking mine back & will spend more to get a decent one. Rubbish product, don't buy one!!"

"this shredder is very bad,
the paper jammed all the time and after 5mn use i phone argos to return it!
don't buy it! you will regret it"

"This does exactly what it says it does. After reading some of the other reviews I was bit wary but I have been using it and had no problems. The trick is to only shred one sheet at a time and once the paper has gone through take the top off and remove the shredded paper from the blades and push down the paper in the bin and empty the bin as soon as it's 3/4 full. For the price it's excellent!!"
