"i found the instruction guide hard to understand and when i got the product connected i found that there was something wrong with it so returned it from where i had purchased it."

"Printer is excellant, its so far delivered every job that we have asked it to do.However scanner is proving more difficult to sort out"

"this is a excellent printer for the price it is a bit slow to start printing but other than that the print quality on both photos and text is excellent also cartridges are a fraction of the cost of the cannon printers of which i have two but won't be using them for much longer i run a small bussiness from home so i do alot of printing so this one will print alot more for less

"Overall its not bad, tho it is not compatible with windows vista. When we couldnt get the disc to work we called kodak customer service. They took us through it step by step to download another disc from their website, but it didnt work. The advisor said, You have to try it up to 10 times and it can maybe work then.Needless to say it didnt !!!! and its not enabled for bluetooth as advertised."
