"Hinges are already loose and moving the seat side to side That's what you get for cheapness"

"We are planning to refit the bathroom soon and when the old seat broke we needed a quick and cheap temporary replacement. This one seems strong, and looks OK, although a bit small, but I do find it rather uncomfortable. The seat has no contouring and is hard. Easy enough to fit, although it needed two extra washers each side to grip it, and it still works loose in use and needs frequent re-tightening. But for a cheap stop gap it's fine."
