"iPad 2 is cheaper and slightly slimer than the new iPad (3rd gen).....so in my opinion a better buy than the new version.
This was an upgrade purchase as my 32gb was not enough memory once I added apps and music, so my advice is buy the biggest memory size you can afford first time.
This verson has 3G......but I only got the 3G as it was such a cheap deal on Argos at the time.....but I feel the wifi only verson is fine due to wifi hotspots or tethering from iPhone when out - as I rarely take iPad out (only weekends away)."

"The geeky half of this couple is the female - though the male works with technology all the time but doesn't engage with it in his spare time until this - he loves it! So sleek and beautiful. Wanted the iPad 2 as the later version offers the so called wonderful retina display but our eyes are too old to recognise the difference and only Argos were offering the 64GB model of the iPad2 so great purchase."
