"I bought 5 of these dvd players for my grandchildren. One lasted 2 hours of playing then just stopped. Another lasted 1 week so that will be returned as was the other one which Argos refunded my money with no problem. Also the sound is not great not very loud. Perhaps this is why they were half price or I just bought a dodgy batch. Wait to see how long the other three last. Dissapointed.."

"This Little DVD player is really easy to use. My 8 year old son loves it. I know you can get bigger size screens but its just right for him,and its very robust and well built too. I also think the battery life on this is very good, you will get through a good 2 hour film with time to spare. It also came with a mains charger, car charger and adapter to plug into tv which I thought was good.Very good picture too."

Cheap, resonable picture but poor sound

"Good price for 9" portable DVD player. Does the job 9" better than 7" screen size! Could do with having two headphone outlet rather than one like a previous budget player had. Also note no case is supplied.
The main issue is that the sound is very quiet, took on holiday and in a quiet appartment difficult to even hear. With head phones the sound is louder but I fear may still be a little quiet for some or in a busy location.
Rate as 2.5 stars if louder would have been 4 stars."
