" The first thing I should mention is how big this breadmaker is. It takes up so much space on your work surface and it needs 4 or 5 inches clearance at the back so that you can open the lid. It's massive. But the tin inside is no bigger than any other model on the market.
Secondly, it doesn't bake bread as good as a model half the price. I think this one doesn't get hot enough. I took this back because the bread I got from it just wasn't as good as bread from other models I've used. Even reading the condescending instructions carefully didn't help.
Thirdly, it's got AWT's name associated with it. That wound me up because I can't stand him. If this model had made decent bread I was prepared to cover up or remove references to him, but in the end I returned this monster and opted for a Russell Hobbs Breadman instead.

" This is the second of these we have owned, the first being in daily use for two years before giving up the ghost. Not the cheapest out there, but we know our way around with it. Latest models have slight design change like a natty interior light and an on/off switch but basically the same well made product. We cannot stress enough the need for accuracy with ingredient measuring for good results! "

" This has to be the best purchase I have made for years. After much deliberating finally got myself a breadmaker and havent looked back. Only one down side.........always need to add extra water to the recipe when making a small loaf so you cant put it on,leave it and go out.....other than that its fantastic. "
