"Got this to replace a different make that had eroded. This one comes with a different pot type but is larger and seems more resilient. Nice and easy to use, simple controls and cooks very nice meals - we've had various stews and meats cooked in it. The pot is 6.5 litres which seems quite large but due to shape (oval and high) doesn't take up any more room on our kitchen than our old 4 litre one."
"The slow cooker I purchased from your store a couple of weeks ago is ideal as I just throw all the ingredients in turn it on and it is done by the the time my husband comes in from work . It is very easy to use and after you have finished you just wash and dry ready for the next time brilliant . I wish I had got one ages ago . Thank you Mrs c harber ."
"I bought the bigger cooker as wanted to be able to use for family (of 4) and also for more when friends come round. Was concerned that it might burn when just cooking for 4 but this has not been the case. It has been really useful when we've all been out for the day and there is a meal ready when we get home. Very pleased."
"I have cooked a beef stroganoff, chicken & white wine sauce dish and beef stew. All dishes were fabulous. Turned them on low in the morning and home to dish it out that evening. Easy to clean, a great buy. Highly recommended."
"Bought it, love it. Ceramic ones should be abolished!!
Dubious about the metal insert as opposed to ceramic & whether heat distribution would be as good, after research I found the glaze on ceramic actually slowly poisons us (shocker!!!) and unseen hairline cracks breeds bacteria and so on. This one is a dream, much lighter, easier to carry/handle, use straight on cooker, looks great, performs exceptionally, no brainer really. I'm tempted to buy one for future should this ever break down."
"Bought this to replace my old one which was exactly the same just an older model. Very disappointed that the lid didn't fit properly. There was no rubber seal around the rim as on my older one and the lid 'rocked.' As this meant there would be no sealed fit I returned the product."
"I am very pleased with my slow cooker, especially as I can use the pan to sear the food first and not have lots of pans to wash up as I have in the past. I have also used a couple of the recipes from the enclosed booklet, which have been very tasty.
"This slow cooker is easy to use and big enough to feed a hungry group or family. The instructions are straight forward and there is no setting up required. The option to sear ingredients is great, but if you don't have time it's a case of chucking the bits in and letting the cooker do its thing. The cooking pot is good quality, non stick but a lot lighter than you would expect so searing and serving are easy. Over all I'd highly recommend it."
"I bought this after seeing my sister using this slow cooker. I could not believe how light it was and the ease of using it. I have always had a slow cooker but this ticks all the boxes . Added bonus has to be you can use it on your cooker first to brown your meat or bring to the boil first! Magic."
