"The dumbells are stylish and easy to use, although the grip is a little harsh on soft hands and gloves might be a good idea. Changing the weights is fairly straightforward, as long as you balance the weights before tightening the ends. A good range of weights for the beginner and the instruction chart is very good, with useful advice and information, as well as diagrams, for correct stance and posture."

"I purchased these as my first set of dumbbells, after looking everywhere for some good starter dumbbells. However, i don't think these will be 'starter' dumbbells, they will last a longtime. You can add more weights to suit you, but friends/family have had wieghts before and have said that these weights will not need changing until a few months (after using these to their full potential). A workout guide is supplied to help plan workouts which is very helpful.I cannot fault these dumbbells."

"A great set of Dumbells. I especially like the vinyl covering which makes them a lot quieter to use than the iron ones. The `toothing` on the weight sides is a great idea as it locks the weights to each other. Superfast setup with the Spinlocks too!
