"Bought this for my wife (who fits the "individuals battling to gain weight" description) as the brand we normally bought had gone out of stock. We started with the recommended mixing instructions, which took a lot of mixing even with an electric blender, but the result was unpalatable; it was very, very sweet. We then tried varying the amount of water and replacing some or all of the water with milk (as per the hint on the tub), again trying both full fat and semi-skimmed. Sadly, we didn't find a mix which was "acceptable" - the results varied from a very, very thick and very, very sweet gloop (when we substituted milk for all the water) to a dishwater like (but still sweet) cloudy water (when we increased the amount of water by 400%). I think that if you do have a sweet tooth, then you probably would find the taste to be OK. Obviously as we have used so little, we have no idea how effective the product might have been."
