"to assemble was an absolute nightmare. took ages. i'm disappointed to say that my daughters did not really like. perhaps i should have gone for something with colour (they're 3 and 5). in fact, they prefered to take everything out and pretend the furniture were cars, etc...(perhaps i should have got cars?)..."

"This was an excellent purchase for my little granddaughter's third birthday. It was really great value for money. When she had her birthday party, all the little guests were playing with the doll's house - we didn't have to entertain them at all as they did it themselves with the doll's house. I would recommend this doll's house highly as it is extremely sturdy and well made and as I said before, terrific value for money."

"I brought this for my daughters 4th Birthday and she loves it to bits, very easy to assembly, hinges are a little tricky to line up, but we got there in the end!! furniture is well made, really sturdy, hours and hours of fun my daughter even puts all her peppa pig accessories inside and plays neighbours !!! well worth the money would reccomend to anyone xx"

"Attractive wooden house, with wooden furniture, and 2 dolls. Just big enough for my 2 daughters to play with at the same time. Compared to similar products on the market, overall represents good value for money, and my girls love playing with it. Ideal for imaginative play. The majority of reviews I'd read indicated that it was easy to put together. The instructions are fairly straight forward, however, it did not go together easily. The partition wall would not slot into place, and we had to shave some wood off of it to make it fit. At first attempt the hinges would not allow the front of the house to close fully. We had to reposition them a few times (guide holes in the wrong place), and bend them slightly so that the magnet that keeps the front of the house attached to the main building when closed, would work. The magnet is small and hence quite weak. More figures would be a bonus."

Fair price for what you get and it looks great.

"This looked like such a bargain for my little girls birthday. We opened it the night before her birthday and found it was easy to put together. It came with two dolls and some basic furniture. My daughter was delighted with it and since her birthday has gone on to buy more furniture and I have started to decorate it. It is a great starter dolls house and you can add more and decorate if you want to."

"Delighted grand daughter with this for her birthday. Really good value and looks good. She is a very proud owner! Assembly not too easy especially hinges on front. First attempt the doors wouldn't open because they fouled the overhang of the roof doing some minor damage. Now works fine but alignment of the two doors is not perfect. Interior stairs do not fix and are regularly falling into the little lounge with potential hazard to residents! But these are small quibbles compared with the play value.
Recommended."
