"WOW, this is they way ice cream should taste, whether it's straight from the bowl soft scoop cream or from the freezer. The supplied recipes are easy to follow anybody could make beautiful ice cream or sorbets. Easy to prepare, clean, store, leave the bowl in the freezer and have your own style, flavour ice cream in less than 25 mins. Easy peasy."

"Used this item twice in a week and ended up taking it back for a refund as the paddle snapped. expected it to be a bit better than that - never mind. However... the ice cream it made (using it's receipe that came with it) was lush - better than stuff you buy from the shop."

"I've never used an ice cream maker before and i'm really impressed with this one. It's very easy to use and the bowl fits easily into my freezer (which had been my concern before buying it).
I've had fun experimenting with different flavours. So far the best have been made using low fat yogurt, which produces ice cream with a great consistency, texture and flavour that is presumably much healthier than shop-bought ice cream!"

"This machine is so easy to use and makes fab ice cream! Feels good to have home made ice cream, and so far the results have been very successful and enjoyed by all the family! "The product only works via the base being frozen in a deep freeze and transferring the freezing temperature achieved to the ice cream liquid whilst the machine stirs the mix. Not an automatic process by any means. It is more an ice maker than anything else because the mix freezes up and eventually goes solid. I can achieve the same result by whisking the mixture and freezing in freezer/ice cabinet then defrosting for 1-2 hours before serving. Total waste of money I will not use it again."

"This ice cream make is very simple to use and make a great quality product, if you follow your ingredience to the letter. The only down side i have found is the time it takes to freeze the bowl of the ice cream maker. I think extra bowls should be readely available to buy as an extra item so you can make more than one flavour at a time. Approx freezing time required is 12 hours prior to using your ice cream maker.
Overall its a great item with just the one floor in it, (extra bowls)."

"This is a brilliant machine that makes enough ice-cream for four generous helpings. Although the bowl is bulky in the freezer, the ice cream maker works really effectively. I tend to leave the bowl in the fridge now so I can make ice cream as and when we fancy it. Half an hour and you have gorgeous home made ice cream that costs a fraction of a godd quality store ice cream. Really recommend this product."

"Having read the reviews on here I was disappointed with my first attempt but think I did not leave the mix long enough to chill prior to putting in machine. I have made a couple more batches as each one has gotten better. Full fat milk (unless using milk powder addition) seems to be the key!"

"Bought this for my daughter, after reading the reviews of the kids ice cream maker. It was a good buy and makes lovely ice cream. You do need to plan in advance as many of the recipies require heating and chilling before ice cream can be made."
