"well i don't know about the ease of downloading but the touch is is pretty annoying sometimes, the speakers sound quality is mediocre and the headphones are totally rubbish, but i like it, worth your money, but if you do buy this product get decent headphones!(also the software is really user friendly it is simple and even looks for cover art and song information for you)"

"Why buy an IPOD when this is available. Bought this for my 12 year old to upgrade his previous Samsung MP3 and he loves it even more than the previous one. BBCi along with other additions are a great added feature. All his friends, and mine want one ! Can't praise this good looking excellent MP3 enough."
