Silver tubular steel frame with single top bunk and double futon base. Ladder fits to right-hand side of bed. Size single (W)161 (including ladder), (L)201, (H)163cm. Clearance between floor and underside of bed 22cm. Includes single comfort mattress and double futon mattress. Airspring Coniston comfort mattress: Medium/firm feel. 13.5 gauge open coil spring system mattress with 192 springs. Covered in deep quilt damask. Framed unit with rod edge to prevent roll off or roll together. Size single (W)90, (L)190, (D)20cm. 2 person self assembly.

"Delighted!!
Fairly simple to put together, nothing missing!
My daughter loves the top bunk and i feel very secure in her being up there. Ladder is safely secured. Futon comfortable too - I slept on it to make sure! Great space saver too.
Only thing I would suggest is that you get a throw or a double duvet cover to put over the futon so it doesnt get dirty feet marks etc on it, although you can take the cover off to wash.
Would recommend !!!!!!"
