" Do not buy this kettle, we had it for one for 1 week and today, we had to take it back, as it was leaking and my husband switched it on yesterday morning and it started to smoke, So today we took it back and the girl on the till said that there is a fault on these kettle and they have had a lot of people bring them back. "

" Purchased item but after plenty of use still tainted the water leaving it with a chemical tang. I would have expected that to go after a couple of boils. Had to revert to old kettle. "

" I bought the above insurance to cover my new purchase-Electric Breadmaker as my previous breadmaker developed a fault just after warranty expired- I bought previous breadmaker from large electrical retailer-I decided tobuy replacement at ARGOS in the recent sale at half-price and purchased the insurance-I use the breadmaker everyday so the insurance is a great product and gives me peace of mind that it's covered after warranty expires! "
