"Reserved this printer at the shop and looked at it before we purchased it. On paper it was everything we wanted in a printer / scanner. The only problem was setting up the Wi-Fi connection. After spending 4 hours trying to get it to work we gave up and plumbed it in with the cable. It seems to not respond to BT hubs. The printer performance is spot on and the duplex printing saves a lot on paper."
"I wasn't expecting much of an all in one printer for that price but it exceeded my expectations, text document print quality is superb and colour (pictures) isn't too bad either, the only gripe I have is it took 3 attempts to connect to my system through wireless, scan is possibly a touch feint but not too noticeable (text .doc), the colour cartridge has gone pretty quickly but the black has lasted well, overall very good for the price."
"Great for the price. Easy to install and set up the wireless printing. Good quality document printing, although haven't tested photo printing yet. Not the fastest print, but does the job and is exactly what I'd expect."
"I am using the printer to my local LAN and it great. The speed for printing and scanning is excellent. I can do all this from my Android devices as well. Plus windows installs the latest drivers as well."
"I purchased this All-in-One Printer to replace another well known brand. It was simple to set up, had it working within 15 minutes. Ink cartridges slot in well and much cheaper than those used in my previous printer."
"Bought this printer to use with an iPad & iPhone so far despite following the instructions, going onto online forums & looking for you tube instructions have been unsuccessful in setting it up. Have managed to print using a lead between the printer & my laptop but no luck with the wireless setup which is very frustrating."
"Bought this as I needed an all-in-one printer. A must-have in my mini study space! The double sided printing is a plus! So easy to set up. Took a little while to figure the wifi setup but did get there in the end. Excellent product overall."
"i found part of the set up a bit confusing . i only wanted a wifi connection and it was not clear that i had to set up wired connection as well . the printer is neat, quick, quiet and produces good print quality. excellent value for money ."
"Needed a printer for general home use, limited budget and this seemed good all round purchase as ink seemed not too expensive. Very pleased with this so far good print quality and works wirelessly. Was a little difficult to set up but as I am not that technical maybe it was user as well!"
"Basically the wifi does not work properly and and printing has to be done by a wire connection. Also the printer's wifif interferes with my main wifi internet connection. My computer does not have a disc drive, so setting up is a nightmare requiring a giant struggle with the Canon technical website, trying to guess the right printer driver to download."
"Initailly very noisey, couldn't follow the instructions to set it up wirelessly as I didn't understand the jargon, but went for manual operation & it ran very smoothly ~ so glad I've got this printer & it was great that you had one in stock & I could collect it on the day I needed it. Cheers, Argos :)"
